Our pitches are owned by hospitable private individuals who want to share their natural land with campers and give guests a warm welcome.

The hosts usually offer no more than 3 pitches , so you are far away from mass tourism.

Many of our pitches also offer sanitary facilities such as toilets and showers or the option of fresh water and electricity . You can filter your pitch search according to these and many other criteria. Dogs are also welcome on 80% of pitches.

The annual pass normally costs €249 . You pay this amount once for 12 months (no subscription).

If you like to go camping spontaneously or without making any major calculations, it is worth having an annual pass. After just a few nights a year, you will save time and money on your vacation.

Some pitches (20%) are marked with the "PLUS" label . These are higher-priced pitches that are not included in the Annual Pass.

However, as an Annual Pass customer you will receive a 50% discount on the overnight costs of the PLUS pitches .

The VanSite Annual Pass is linked to your free and personal VanSite account and your vehicle. This gives you the option of making bookings conveniently via the website or the free app while on the go, so you can travel to your dream camping destination in a paperless and relaxed manner.

Your VanSite Annual Pass is tied to you and your registered vehicle . Because it is often even nicer to share the camping experience with someone, you can bring another person and, on dog-friendly sites (around 80% of all sites), your four-legged friend too.

The VanSite Annual Pass is valid for 12 months (365 days) , starting from the date of activation.

When using the Annual Pass, the number of bookings you can make is not limited. However, to ensure that all of our Annual Pass holders enjoy fair access to our pitches, we have established certain guidelines. These are designed to prevent abuse of the system and to give everyone the opportunity to fully enjoy their camping experience:

• Future bookings:

You can make up to 4 future bookings at the same time. This policy helps us to ensure a wide availability of pitches for everyone.

• No-Shows:

We understand that plans can change, so we allow up to 3 no-shows in a year. However, we ask that you cancel bookings in advance if you are unable to travel to the site you booked.

• Maximum length of stay (per booking)

To prevent individual listings from being booked out by individual users well in advance, the maximum number of nights for each booking is limited to three nights.

• Water and electricity consumption:

Water and electricity consumption must be paid separately and is not included in the annual pass .

• Bookings with the same host:

To ensure a fair distribution, we limit the number of bookings with the same host to a maximum of 7 bookings within 365 days.

These can include discounts for camping accessories such as barbecues, dishes, dry toilets, awnings or discounts for toll boxes and insurance .
